Crohn's of Dunshire
The hardest part of living with Crohn's is that you never quite know how it will attack next. One minute, it makes your stomach hurt terribly. The next, it stifles hunger and makes food sound revolting. The next, it attacks your emotions; you suddenly feel depressed and uncertain. Worst of all, Crohn's hits hardest when you're at your most vulnerable -- when an exam is coming up, when you've got too much homework, when stress is at its high point.
Every day, it seems, doctors are making new and exciting breakthroughs in understanding digesitive diseases like Crohn's and Colitis. They close in on a cure. They need our help.
There are two ways you can help. One is to click that orange "Donate" button up there to right. To encourage you, we are going to have a little raffle for everyone who donates. We will give away five Crohn's of Dunshire T-shirts -- The T-shirts have the official box of Ben Wyatt's "Cones of Dunshire" game designed for the Peabody Award wining television show "Parks and Recreation." And, grand prize winner will get an official "Parks and Recreation" Ben Wyatt/Adam Scott trading card autographed by Adam Scott himself.
You also can join our team -- we'd love to have you walk with us. To join the Crohn's of Dunshire team, click on that "Join My Team" button and come walk with us at Symphony Park in Charlotte on June 3 starting at 10 a.m.
Remember: Each step we take brings us closer to a cure for digestive diseases like Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis. Please help our team support the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA).
