Meet Our 2017 Corporate Walk Chair, William Rose!

William Rose - 2017 Corporate Walk ChairWilliam Rose's commitment to Philanthropic causes started with the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation when he was first diagnosed with Crohn's disease at the age of ten. For thirty years he has shared his story and his time to help find a cure and increase the quality of life for those with IBD.  Through his dedication to the Foundation, he's served as the Board President as well as Treasurer, and is currently on the Executive Committee, Golf Committee and Spin4 Committee.

William is a Senior Vice President at UBS Financial Services and a partner on his team of Gottlieb Rose Wealth Management. As a Financial Advisor, William ensures families are best positioned to achieve their goals using the resources of a premier global world class firm, while delivering the personalized touch of a family office.

William was born and raised in New Jersey and graduated with a BA from University of Massachusetts at Amherst.  As an active member of the community, he volunteers as a baseball and basketball coach for his children and donates time to the local United Jewish Association. William  lives in Woodcliff Lake, NJ with his wife Devyn and their two children, Jagger (age 8) and Bodie (age 6).

Thank you for raising awareness and funds to support CCFA’s critical mission work. Because you fundraised for Take Steps, you are eligible to receive special Take Steps items on the day of our walk. Every participant that raises $100 will receive a 2017 commemorative t-shirt, a Take Steps keepsake, and a wristband to receive refreshments on walk day.

Hope Givers are our incredible fundraising participants who raise $1,000 or more in support of IBD research and patient support programs. Those individuals are eligible to receive even more recognition items. 

Kickstart your fundraising

Starting your fundraising efforts with a donation shows that you are committed to finding cures for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. You can then ask your friends and family to match your donation – you’ll meet your fundraising goal before you know it! Plus, everyone that makes a self donation to their fundraising efforts will receive our self-donation button, recognizing your commitment to fundraising for Take Steps. Don’t forget – when an individual raises $100 or more, he/she will receive a 2017 commemorative t-shirt, a Take Steps keepsake, and a wristband to receive refreshments on walk day.
