Take Steps for Crohn’s & colitis is a family-friendly community event dedicated to raising awareness and mission-critical funds for cures for digestive diseases. In the past five years alone, we brought together over 100,000 people and raised about $40 million.
82 cents of every dollar raised goes towards breakthrough research, public and professional education, and patient support services in communities across the nation.
Register today. Join thousands of others in the fight against digestive diseases.

815 Justison Street Wilmington, Delaware
Parking Available in Lot D next to Dravo Plaza
Dravo Plaza is after the restaurants, next to University of Phoenix
With your support we are committed to transforming the lives of those impacted by these diseases to one of a brighter future based on well-funded, cutting-edge scientific research. Join us and raise funds toward a future free from Crohn's and colitis!
There are NO REGISTRATION FEES for participants. There is, however, an expectation for registered participants 12 years and older to make a self donation and/or fundraise. Some participants will raise well over $1,000 while others raise just $100. There is no minimum or maximum, but in order to recieve a wristband when you check-in at the registration tent, you need to have at least $25 in donations under your name. The volunteers at check-in will have a print-out of registrants and their fundraising status. If you are planning to hand in money that day that is fine too, you will still be eligible for a wristband. (Participants are encouraged to hand in money prior to the Walk day but donations will be accepted on-site.)
Please be aware that without a wristband, you will not be able to enjoy the free food, beverages and kid activities that day. All members of a team must have money under their name/in their "account," it cannot be entirely under the team captain.
Any donation made to CCFA that is not via your online fundraising page is considered an offline donation. We accept both cash and checks made payable to CCFA. Please mail your offline donations to the local chapter and your donation will be posted within one week of recieving the donation:
CCFA: Philadelphia/Delaware Valley Chapter
Attn: DE Take Steps
150 Monument Road, Suite 402

Please make sure to include your name on the memo line of the check - or the walker's name you want the donation credited to. Do not mail cash. Please do not mail your Take Steps donation to the CCFA headquarters in NYC.
The week of the Walk, please do not mail your donations to the chapter office. Please bring your donations with you to the Walk.
