Oklahoma City, Take Steps to Find a Cure!

Register to Walk!Take Steps for Crohn’s & Colitis is CCFA’s largest fundraising event having touched over 240,000 people and raised nearly $60M to help further the Foundation’s mission.

Our Take Steps walks offer a wonderful day for family, friends and the community to celebrate all of the efforts that have been put forth in raising funds towards our mission. Our walk events are filled with live music, food, kids’ entertainment, educational materials, and, of course, wonderful exposure for our corporate partners. In 2014, more than 70,000 people joined us nationwide, helping us raise $11M.

82 cents of every dollar raised goes towards breakthrough research, public and professional education, and patient support services in communities across the nation.

Register today. Join thousands of others in the fight against digestive diseases.

Jena's Story

We will continue to stand and to fight the battle until we get our cure!

Well, here I am six years later and l can’t say life has gotten much easier. January 2015 marked 6 long years since I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease...Wow! It seems like just yesterday that I was sitting in the hospital bed having one serious talk with God about how I didn't think I could do it anymore. I just didn't have the strength! Read the rest of Jena's story here.

Introducing Decal Don - A Reward for YOU...A Voice for ALL

This year we want to show appreciation to those participants who take an important first step in raising mission critical funds for patient support, improved treatments & cures…a self-donation!

Not only is a self-donation a great way to jump start your fundraising, it also shows your team and fellow fundraisers your commitment to ensuring a future free of Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis! AND when you receive your Decal Don, you can show the world your commitment by displaying your decal in a public place, snapping a photo, and sharing the picture on social media using #DecalDon. Too many patients suffer in silence…WE can be their voice!

  1. Make a minimum self-donation of $25
  2. As a token of our appreciation, we will send you a Decal Don the following week
  3. Place the decal in a publicly visible location: office window, car window, etc
