Portland Take Steps a HUGE success!

On Saturday, May 20, 2017 over 500 people participated in the Portland Take Steps Walk and raised more than $74,000 to fund critical research and patient support programs!  The day was filled with inspiration and fun including a delicious food, interactive Kids Zone, lots of Foundation information and a 1.6 mile scenic route through the zoo.  We are so grateful to our sponsors, honored heroes, team captains, walkers and volunteers for making this such a special day and bringing us one step closer to finding cures.

We are so close to our goal of $80,000 (just $5,443 away) and we still have time to reach it!  Here's some easy ways you can help:

    1.  Double your donation today with a matching gift!  Find out if your employer offers a matching gift program and you can double your impact today!  Many companies offer a matching gift program to maximize their financial contributions.  Check HERE to see if your company offers a matching gift program and follow the simple three-step process. You will not only be helping us reach our goal, but you will be moving us closer to a world free of IBD.

    2.  Didn't have a chance to donate?  Did you join us for the walk and enjoy a complimentary day at the zoo but didn't have time to make a donation?  It's not too late to show your support...you can make one now by clicking GIVE NOW or logging in to your personal page.  And, if you make a $100 donation under your name, you will receive the 2017 official Take Steps t-shirt!

Congratulations to our 2017 MVP Club!

Thousands of volunteers have helped the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) work toward our mission to find cures for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis and to improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases. Without our volunteers, we would not be able to provide a high level of support, education, research, and resources to our IBD community.
