Dogs on leash are allowed on the walking path and in the picnic area but NOT on the beach.  Strollers and wagons are welcome.  Bikes, skateboards, scooters and the like are NOT permitted.  Remember, we walk rain or shine. As of right now, the forecast looks GREAT!  Just remember, the beach can be chilly and windy so wear layers and bring gloves!

Directions & Parking: The festival is at Hammonasset State Park West Beach, Picnic Shelters #2 & 3. For GPS devices please enter: 1288 Boston Post Rd. Madison. Proceed straight through the parking attendant booths (there is no fee this time of year). Follow the access road to the rotary. Take the first right off the rotary. Parking is available right next to the picnic shelters.

Here you will check-in, receive coupons to redeem any walk incentives that you may have earned, and turn in your offline fundraising dollars that you have collected. NOTE: If you have not pre-registered, you will need to complete an onsite registration form & sign an event participant waiver. Please encourage your team members to register online and join your team prior to 5:00 p.m. this Friday, October 24 so they show up on the reports.
