Expanding on our successful Half Marathon program, Team Challenge will be participating in several destination marathons in 2016, both in the United States and abroad. We are thrilled to hold limited entries to some of the most premier 26.2 mile running events in the world! Let Team Challenge be your ticket into these great races. We will take care of the logistics so you can focus on training and fundraising.
What will your challenge be?
Nearly two million spectators flock to the Bank of America Chicago's 26.2-mile route annually, cheering on participants with handmade signs as they race toward the finish line in Grant Park. Every neighborhood along the route has its own quirky festivities, from Elvis impersonators to sidewalk DJs. Learn more about the event.

The TCS New York City Marathon should be on every long distance runner’s bucket list. The energy from the crowds will carry you through all five boroughs and help you cross the finish line in Central Park. Nearly 145 nationalities and 57,000 runners come to tackle the The Schneider Electric Marathon de Paris. This race across Paris, taking in the Champs Elysées, the Bois de Vincennes and Boulogne, offers an incomparable backdrop, with spectacular views and landmarks all along the route.
You will pound the pavements of the French capital's most famous avenues and plazas, from the foot of the Arc de Triomphe, where they take the start, towards the Place de la Concorde. From the Rue de Rivoli they'll then sweep through the Place de la Bastille. After a glimpse of greenery in the Bois de Vincennes, views of Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower point the way home.
Team Challenge is fortunate to have numbers to yet another race in the World Marathon Majors Series. The BMW Berlin Marathon has more than 40,000 runners participating with more than 1 million spectators cheering them on. Running through the historical Berlin icon, Brandenburg Gate, this is an unforgettable memory for many participants. The course of the Berlin Marathon is well-known for its flatness, which makes the race great for first-timers and for experienced marathoners looking to beat their personal best. The is a great way to see Berlin. The course takes runners past several of Berlin’s historic landmarks, such as the Reichstag, Potsdamer Platz, Berliner Dom, and of course the Brandenburg Gate just before the finish line.
The Big Sur International Marathon is the largest rural marathon in the world. The course winds through the beautiful California redwoods, alongside ranches, and offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. The race starts in Big Sur and ends in Carmel. The views are beyond compare and this is considered to be one of the most beautiful courses in the world!
