Knowledge is Power! You are invited to the 19th Annual Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America's (CCFA) Patient and Family Education Symposium. This conference is offered by the Illinois Carol Fisher Chapter of CCFA.  "Knowledge is Power" will focus on medical, surgical, and integrative approaches for managing inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).  As a patient or family member affected by IBD, you are aware of how difficult these cases are to manage.  This conference will update your knowledge and enhance your patient management skills by informing you of the latest advances in IBD.  New insights into the mechanisms of the chronic disorder will be explored as well as the best practices from a team of experts.

This activity has been planned for patients, family members, teens and children affected by IBD.

Individual registration is $30 and Family registration is $60.

Space is limited. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis for each session. If capacity is reached, online registration will close early.

Limited number of scholarships are available by calling the CCFA Illinois Chapter office at 847-827-0404.
