CCFA Partners:
Patients helping patients toward a better quality of life

A few weeks ago, we sent you an email inviting you to join an online research community of IBD patients called CCFA Partners. This exciting research program is designed to help us to learn more about people with Crohn's or colitis, and to share information with participants.

If you have already joined the partnership, thank you very much! If not, please consider doing so now.

If you join, we will collect information about you and your experience with IBD through a confidential and secure online survey. Subsequently, we will contact you by email every three months to let you know about our progress and provide you with educational information about IBD and IBD therapies. Every six months we will ask for an update about your condition. There is no cost for participating.

We hope to enroll as many people as possible so that the results truly reflect the issues that people with IBD face. For more information about CCFA Partners and how to register, please click the link below.

We hope to hear from you soon.

Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA)
386 Park Avenue South, 17th Floor
New York, NY 10016

If you are 18 or older and want to continue to the survey, please start your survey here.

You may have already joined CCFA Partners using a different email address. If so, please log on and let us know this is an alternate email address to avoid duplication of emails. NOTE: You may have received this email even if you don't have IBD because your email address was on file with CCFA. If you don't have IBD, please click on the link to visit the website where you can let us know more about your interest in IBD. It takes less than a minute, and it assures we will not ask you again.

CCFA's mission

To cure Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and to improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases.
