Team Challenge

Runners and walkers from the Greater Washington, DC area are currently training to ROCK the Las Vegas Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon benefiting the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America on December 6, 2009! Since training and fundraising began in August, the Greater Washington, DC/Virginia Chapter team has raised $75,000 with nearly two months of fundraising left to go.
For the month of September, an anonymous donor challenged team members to collectively raise $30,000 in the month, pledging to donate an additional $6,000 if the goal was met. The team raised $39,000 in the month of September, crushing the challenge goal and earning the additional $6,000 toward our goal!
If you are interested in challenging our team to a goal during October or November, please contact Dani at 703.865.6130. To support the team with a donation, please visit the Team Challenge website and help our team reach our goal of raising $160,000 for CCFA by December 6!
