2012 San Francisco Bay Area Patient and Family Education Symposium
South San Francisco Conference Center

Sunday, November 4, 2012
10:00am - 3:00pm

(Please note that daylight savings is taking place this weekend-- don't forget to set your clocks back by one hour.)

The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America, Northern California Chapter invites you to join us for an educational program for patients, families and caregivers living with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.

This education event is the only program in the Bay Area that provides comprehensive medical, surgical and integrative information to patients and family members on how to live well with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). It also includes an opportunity for patients and their loved ones to meet others affected by IBD, gain support and decrease feelings of isolation.

Featuring a keynote address from a noted clinical and research expert, this event offers nine breakout sessions on a variety of topics.

Event tickets cost $10 each and include all workshops, coffee in the morning, and a light lunch at 12:20pm.
Please note that no one will be turned away due to financial hardship.
