CCFA is offering an all day comprehensive education program for patients and families. Medical and integrative approaches for managing inflammatory bowel disease will be presented by leading experts. This is designed to provide you with current information as well as coping strategies.

We are featuring a series of programs for young people ages 13-18 designed to empower them to manage their inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).  A buffet lunch will be offered for $15 or you may enjoy local area restaurants. Time has also been set aside to visit with our exhibitors from businesses related to IBD.

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center (California)

Dr. Dubinsky has lectured both nationally ans internationally.  Her objective is to study the influence of genetics and immune responses on the variability in clinical presentations of eraly-onset IBD.  Additional interests include the study of pharamacogenetics to evaluate how heredity influences drug responses and optimizing and individualizing the management of IBD.
