Registration Fee: $20 Early Bird before September 30 / $25 General before October 25 / $15 Crohn's & Colitis Foundation Professional Members or Chapter Medical Advisory Committee Members. Group Rate! $15 each when you sign up 4 or more attendees from the same office. Please register separately. Refreshments and lunch included. Street parking is free on weekends.
Registration deadline: Wednesday, October 25, 2017. For those who miss the pre-registration deadline, you may sign up at the event for a $30 registration fee. Registration opens at 8:30 AM.
Accreditation: This activity is expected to be accredited for approximately 4.5 continuing education hours.
Directions and Parking: *Please note we will be back in our previous location; not where the event was held in 2016* OHSU Center for Health & Healing, 3rd Floor (3303 SW Bond Ave, Portland, OR 97201) - this is OHSU's waterfront campus, not up on the hill.
Street parking is free on the weekends. Alternatively, there is parking under the building but this is not free.
From the main lobby, take elevators up to the 3rd floor. Go right down the hallway and the class will be at the end of the hallway.
