An Educational Update for Nurses & Medical Assistants Treating IBD Patients

CNE Credit: This program is expected to be accredited for approximately 4.42 continuing education hours. Attendees must check in no later than 9:15 AM and stay through the entirety of the course to be eligible for credits.

Registration Fee: $20 Early bird before September 9 / $25 General before October 4 / $30 at the door / $15 CCFA Professional Members or Chapter Medical Advisory Committee Members. Group Rate! $15 each for offices that sign up 4 or more attendees (Please register one at a time). Refreshments and lunch included. Parking is free.

Registration deadline: Wednesday, October 4, 2017. Day-of registration will be available for a $30 registration fee. Check in opens at 8:15 AM.
