2017 Crohn's & Colitis Patient Education Conference - Seattle

Join us for this annual education program all about Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis! 

Why Should You Attend? To learn more about these diseases and how to manage them, as well as connect with other folks in your community who are affected by these diseases and find out more about the resources available to you through CCFA.

When: Sunday, March 26, 2017. Check in opens at 8:15 AM, Program runs 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Where: Seattle University, Pigott Auditorium (901 12th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98122) Seattle University is conveniently located in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, just east of I-5 and Downtown Seattle. Click here for directions.   

Parking: Parking cost will be covered on the Seattle U campus for our event attendees. Please park in the Broadway Garage off of Broadway just across the street from Swedish Hospital. Google Maps directions. **Please print this parking pass and place on your car's dash. We will have extras at the check-in table.**

Handicap parking and drop off is available in the parking lot at Marion St & 12th Ave. Please note that street parking is metered and limited to 2 hours. 

Cost: Free to attend, with the option to purchase a ticket that includes lunch for $10 each. Coffee and tea will be provided all day for all attendees. 

If you select the complimentary ticket, you are welcome to bring a lunch with you or purchase food nearby. Lunch will be a build-your-own-sandwich buffet with an assortment of turkey, roast beef, ham, fresh vegetable garnishes, sliced cheeses, assorted breads and condiments. Also fresh green salad and brownies. 

Who's Invited? Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis patients, relatives, friends, healthcare professionals & interested parties. This program is not accredited for continuing education credits.

Online Registration Deadline: Friday, March 24, 2017. Registration will also be available at the event starting at 8:15 AM. Lunch is not guaranteed for day-of registrants.
