Join us for this annual education program all about Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis! Leading Seattle area health care providers will speak on a range of topics including: treatment options, uses, and safety; surgery; coping strategies; biologics; nutrition; integrative medicine; and what lies ahead in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

When: Saturday, April 12, 2014. Check in opens at 8:30 AM, Program runs 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Where: Shoreline Community College, PUB Main Dining Room (16101 Greenwood Avenue North, Shoreline, WA 98133)

Why Should You Attend?  To learn more about these diseases and how to manage them, as well as connect with other folks in your community who are affected by these diseases and find out more about the resources available to you through CCFA.

Cost: Free, plus light refreshments and lunch will be provided! 

Who's Invited? Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis patients, relatives, friends, healthcare professionals & interested parties. This program is not accredited for continuing education credits.

JUST FOR KIDS & TEENS! Throughout the day, we'll have special activity sessions for kids & teens including games, arts & crafts, a special Q&A with GI providers, and more! For kids with IBD, siblings, and children of patients in grades 2-12.
