portland conference squareJoin us for this annual education program all about Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis! Local health care providers will speak on a range of topics including: treatment options, uses, and safety; coping strategies; nutrition; integrative medicine; and more!

When: Saturday, March 8, 2014Check in opens at 9:30 AM, Program runs 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Who's Invited? Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis patients, relatives, friends, healthcare professionals & interested parties.

Why Should You Attend?  To learn more about these diseases and how to manage them, as well as connect with other folks in your community who are affected by these diseases and find out more about the resources available to you through CCFA.

Cost: Free, plus light refreshments and lunch will be provided! (We encourage you to bring your own snacks if you have severe dietary restrictions or allergies.)
