Join us for this free educational program with 1.5 CNE credits! Featuring presenter Heather Walz, RN from Oregon Health & Science University. 

When: Saturday, November 16, 2013: 9:30-10:00 AM check-in / 10:00 AM-12:00 PM program 

Where: Oregon Health & Science University, Center for Health & Healing, conference room 3171 (Conference Room 1A) (3303 S.W. Bond Ave, Portland, OR 97239) Please note this location is the South Waterfront, not up on the hill campus. See map here with parking information.

Who: Program content is for nurses treating patients with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. Event is open to the public.

CNE Credit: Participants are eligible to receive 1.5 CNE contact hours. Attendees must check in no later than 10:10 AM and stay through the entirety of the course to be eligible for credits.

Registration is free. Pre-registration will close on Thursday, November 14, 2013, but last-minute registration will be available at the event for those who miss the deadline. Light refreshments will be provided.
