Got some time to spare? Let's Bowl!
 Sunday, February 10, 2013 | 1:00 - 3:00pm Capitol Bowl | 900 West Capitol Avenue | West Sacramento, CA 95691 This is a free event for kids and teens with IBD, ages 7-18. Pizza and soda will be served. Parents and other children without IBD welcome to bowl and enjoy the refreshments, too, but there will be a fee of $12.95 per individual.
