The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, Southwest Ohio Chapter and Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center welcome you to attend 8th Annual IBD Family Education Day Sunday, February 24, 2013 11 AM - Registration 12 PM - Breakfast and Program Cost: $5 per person for CCFA members; $10 per person for nonmembers Join patients and families living with inflammatory bowel diseases for an afternoon of education and inspiration.
