Join us Thursday, August 30, 2012 at Crestwood Medical Center for the Huntsville Fall Patient Education Program hosted by the Alabama/NW Florida Chapter of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation.

The program is FREE of charge to all registered participants, light snacks will be provided.
