Join us for this free educational program featuring local gastroenterologist Benjamin Siemanowski, MD and clinical nutritionist Karl Mincin!

When: Thursday, March 29, 2012: 6:00 PM check-in / 6:30 - 8:00 PM program

Where: St. Joseph Medical Center, Health Education Center, Meeting Room A (3333 Squalicum Parkway, Bellingham, WA 98225)

Who: This program is open to Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis patients, loved ones, caregivers, healthcare providers and the general public. 

Registration is free. Pre-registration will close Tuesday, March 27, 2012, but last-minute registration will be available at the event. Light refreshments will be provided.

• Role of nutrition – adult and pediatric focus
• Overview of diets used by IBD patients
• Eating well with IBD – diet, nutrition, supplements
• Tools and nutritional resources
• Question-and-answer session
