Empowering the IBD Patient: What YOU Can Do to Take Control of Your Disease Join us for this annual education program all about Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis! Local health care providers will speak on a range of topics including: treatment options, uses, and safety; surgery; coping strategies; interpreting diagnostic tests; pediatric IBD; and what lies ahead in the treatment of IBD. Cost: Free, plus light refreshments and lunch will be provided! Morning refreshments will be pastries and fruit. Lunch will be sandwiches, fruit salad, chips, pasta salad, quinoa salad (vegan, gluten free), and cookies. Coffee, tea, and water will be available throughout the day.
