Empowering the IBD Patient: What YOU Can Do to Take Control of Your Disease

Join us for this annual education program all about Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis! Local health care providers will speak on a range of topics including: treatment options, uses, and safety; surgery; coping strategies; interpreting diagnostic tests; pediatric IBD; and what lies ahead in the treatment of IBD.

When: Saturday, April 21, 2012
Check in at 8:30 AM, Program runs 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Lunch will be served at approximately 12:00 PM.

Parking information: We recommend that you park in the Central Plaza parking garage for a fee of $5. We apologize for this cost and hope it will not discourage anyone from attending the program.
